Per Incanto Mare Chases More Black Type
Class mare Belle Fascino (Per Incanto-Playing for Keeps by Keeper) warmed-up for the Group 3 Valachi Downs South Island Thoroughbred Stakes in fortnight with a comprehensive win in the feature handicap at Riccarton on Thursday.
A last start winner of the Group 3 White Robe Lodge WFA, the Goodwood Stud bred mare had to concede plenty of weight to her seven opponents but came away over the closing stages to record her ninth career win.
